2. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Cubo al Cubo SL, at the contact details above. We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
3. What data we process and why
| Your email address | To create your sign-in (a one-time link) and, if you ask for it, to send you the weekly newsletter. Legal basis: performance of the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for the newsletter, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you confirm via a link we email you. |

We don't use your data for automated decision-making or advertising, and we don't sell it or hand it to third parties for their own purposes.
4. How long we keep it
- Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and are deleted shortly after.
- Your account, ratings and subscription, until you ask for them to be deleted. Unsubscribing from the newsletter (from the link in every email or on the site) stops the emails immediately.
- Server logs are rotated automatically by size and are not kept indefinitely.
5. Who we share data with
Only with providers that deliver the service and act as data processors:
- Hosting: the server (VPS) the site runs on.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): delivery and protection network. It sees the site's traffic (including IP). It operates under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Email delivery provider: the SMTP service we use to send sign-in links and the newsletter.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Cookies and local storage
IApps uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, and fonts are served from the site itself. We only use strictly necessary storage, which doesn't require consent:

8. Terms of use
- The catalogue is informational and reflects editorial criteria and community ratings; it is not binding advice and does not guarantee the availability, price or behaviour of any tool.
- Tool names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify them. External links lead to sites we don't control and whose content we are not responsible for.
- IApps' texts and design belong to Cubo al Cubo SL. Mass or automated use without permission is not allowed, except indexing by search engines.
- We reserve the right to remove ratings or accounts that abuse the service.
- Spanish law applies. For any dispute, and unless consumer law provides otherwise, the courts of Tarragona will have jurisdiction.
